Agile, Scrum, PMP — applied to programs where governance, risk and regulators are as real as the delivery deadline.

I help Australian government agencies, banks and telcos turn complex programs into delivered outcomes — through clear thinking, steady hands, and two decades of experience in environments where the stakes are real.

Meet the consultant
I started MS Business Solutions after two decades inside federal agencies, Tier-1 banks, and national telcos, where I saw the same pattern repeat: well-intentioned programs stalling because no-one senior was accountable end-to-end.
The engagements I take on are the ones where that person needs to exist — whether the work is framing the program, unsticking delivery, designing a service, or advising a leader who needs a second opinion they can trust.
You work with me directly. No account manager, no junior handover, no bait-and-switch.
What I do
Most engagements combine two of the three. I keep the lines named clearly so you can scope the work — not so you can buy them in isolation.

Learn moreHow I work
Every engagement starts with understanding and ends with something handed back you can run without me.
Stakeholder interviews, document review, and a clear-eyed read on what's really going on — not just what's in the steering deck.
A written plan with trade-offs named. You see the options I considered, not just the one I picked.
I run the program, the workshop, or the analysis. Weekly written updates. No theatre, no surprises.
A handover that stands up after I leave. Runbooks, artefacts, and an open line for 30 days post-engagement.
Featured case study
A retail bank had an APRA-reportable uplift program stuck behind governance, with a delivery plan that hadn't survived contact with reality. I was brought in to triage, then to run it.
Within twelve weeks the backlog was re-baselined, the governance model was collapsed from five forums to two, and the program was back on a credible path to commitment date.

The single most useful external hire we made that year. He arrived, understood our mess in a fortnight, and gave us a plan we could actually run.
Plain-spoken, senior, and unusually honest. He told me the thing my team wouldn't — and was right.
