Discovery Call
Let's see if I can help.
A 30-minute call. No deck, no pitch, no drip-email follow-up. You leave with at least one concrete suggestion — whether we end up working together or not.
What happens on the call
- Thirty minutes, on video. Zoom, Google Meet or Teams — whichever suits you.
- You talk first. I'll ask a few clarifying questions, but the time is mostly yours to describe the situation.
- I'll share one concrete suggestion. Whether that's a framing, a name to call, or a practical next step, you won't leave empty-handed.
- If we're a fit, I'll say so — and if we're not, I'll say that too. You won't get a follow-up proposal you didn't ask for.
Who it's for
- • A program sponsor or CIO with an in-flight program that isn't going as planned
- • A leader about to commit to a major vendor decision or restructure
- • An executive inheriting a program mid-flight and wanting an independent read
- • A team in regulated delivery wanting a senior pair of hands for a defined period
Prefer email? Send a message via the contact form. Typical response: within one business day.
A note on confidentiality
What we talk about stays there.
Everything you share on a discovery call is treated as commercially confidential by default — no NDA required unless you'd like one. I'll send a short written summary after the call if that's helpful.
